You are a Champion.

A dead warrior of the past reborn by light to protect humanity. Death is nothing more than an inconvenience for you. You have access to firepower and powerful abilities to decimate your foes. 

Rules-lite

Quick to pick up and learn with the whole game being 4 pages. Your group can decide when to bring in the rules or leave the rules aside.

Open-ended setting

The core points are listed, leaving the rest open to your group's vision of how things are in the world.

Freedom to choose

Sessions can be as structured or loose as needed. There are example mission hooks provided, but the rules do not force a structure onto your game. You can go mission to mission or get to know and help the locals.

Modular

Modules will come out that will provide new rules, loot, factions, and more. Allowing you to customize what's in the game and how it plays for your table. 

Current modules:

-The Lost: A faction of rogue humans embraced by a dark god that warps their essence and threatens the portals of light. Includes the faction, new things for Champions to use, and new mission hooks.

-Endless Swarm: A faction of bug-like creatures from another dimension.  They overrun areas with raw numbers and their special elite types. Includes the faction and the most common bugs types encountered, new things for champions to use (flamethrower and more), and new mission hooks.
